The Green Bay Press Gazette is reporting that the offensive lineman has signed a five-year deal worth $14.75 million, with $8.76 million guaranteed.
Bulaga was taken with the 23rd overall pick out of Iowa and is expected to play at left tackle behind veteran Chad Clifton.
Over his three years at Iowa, he appeared in 30 games, including 28 starts, and allowed just 3 1/2 sacks.
Also on Friday, the Packers placed nose tackle Aleric Mullins on the reserve/did not report list.
